Terms of Service

• I only accept payment via Paypal in USD. Full payment upfront is required before I sketch. I'll send you an invoice.• Refunds are not allowed unless I haven't provided any progress updates for more than five months.• One drawing takes about 1 to 2 weeks to complete. Please check my trello to know when it'll be your turn. If you need a specific deadline let me know beforehand.• I have the right to post the commissions on my social media and portfolio. Private/NDA fees will be 20% of the price• Commissions are only for personal use. If you want to use it for commercial purposes please inform me first. More information about commercial fees is below.• It's OK to draw on my sketch to fix it easier!• I will send you a screenshot of the sketch. Feel free to fix it during this sketching stage. In the finishing stage, you can only fix it three times. After that, I'll have to charge more unless it was a mistake of mine.• If you upload the commission publicly, please put the credit on.• I may refuse to do your commission if I feel uncomfortable drawing or I can't draw it well.• Using my art for NFT and AI is not allowed.

Commercial Use

Double the price
• Normal commercial use: If you use it on streaming/monetization platforms, videos, or other promotional materials, the art does not earn you money. Still, it is used as part of the product/brand: stream website overlays, thumbnails, and Vtuber/PNGtuber assets...• When the artwork brings you any profit, the art is not the main selling point. You can use it without my watermark, but you are obliged to credit me as the artist in a suitable place: CD/book/music video cover art, book illustration, game/other media type art...Triple the price
• Special commercial use: You have all rights to use my artwork and no need to credit me on the product: any merchandise (stickers, keychains, prints...) private/NDA fee included.
